All our services, including directory listings and Banner Ads, are reviewed and activated within 48 hours of receipt of payment, therefore, like other directory services; BuildingResidualIncome.com does not offer refunds and all sales are final.

BuildingResidualIncome.com is not obligated to make a proof copy of the Internet Advertising available to Advertiser. Advertiser's obligation to pay is not contingent upon Advertiser's receipt and/or approval of a proof copy.  Customer is responsible for reviewing the accuracy of their listing.

If you request that your listing be removed before the end of a period for which you have paid the Fee, you agree that the BuildingResidualIncome.com will not be required to refund any portion of such fee.
